Living
Enjoy north facing views and sun relaxing by the pool with a book in hand or a nice cold drink after a busy day. This single level home makes the most of the large open plan design expanding out on to the stunning undercover outdoor area complete with BBQ and separate dining and sitting areas.

Kitchen & Entertaining
The modern open plan design allows you to take in all the action while cooking up delicious meals in the kitchen or entertaining with a gourmet BBQ while watching guests enjoy swimming or soaking up the north facing sun. There is also plenty of room for the kids to run around on the large grassed area (fenced) looking over the jetty and water.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a modern and stylish ensuite and has access to the outdoor area with views of the pool.

There are four other bedrooms and one bathroom.

There is secure off street parking for two cars on the property and parking available on the street as per Council regulations.
