57 Parkedge Road in Sunshine Beach sits at the elevated western end of Parkedge Road. It offers the most amazing 270-degree views out over the Noosa Hinterland and all the way down the coast to Mooloolaba.

Parkedge Road runs along the southern edge of the Sunshine Beach section of the Noosa National Park. It is a popular access point for many of the walking trails that criss-cross over and around Noosa Hill. From here you can also take the coastal track around the headland to Hastings Street.

57 Parkedge Road is split over two levels with the top level given over entirely to a parent's retreat. Here you will find a King bed, large walk-in-robe, enclosed office area, and spacious en-suite with shower. There is a TV with ... Foxtel, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan for added comfort. This room has the best views in the house, offering both sunrises and those famous Noosa sunsets. Lots of louvred windows allow the cooling ocean breezes to flow through.

Downstairs there are three additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, small walk-in-robe and en-suite with shower. Bedroom 3 has two Single beds and an en-suite and bedroom 4 has one single bed. There is a separate family bathroom adjacent with an over-bath shower and separate WC. All of these rooms have external access via glass doors to the side of the house, and all are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.

The living area is spacious and light-filled. Retractable doors and windows can all be opened up to let the outside in. Air-conditioning is not required in this part of the house in the warmer months due to the cross-flow of air that is created. A gas fire takes the chill off on those cooler winter evenings.

Relax on the comfortable couch and take in a movie on Foxtel or the DVD player. Tinker the ivories on the electronic piano or grab a book from the many provided. Take a dip in the pool, or simply kick back on the outdoor deck and enjoy the views. It's all up to you.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two serving hatches that open out to an outdoor breakfast bar. There is an indoor dining table to sit 6 or choose to sit outside on the spacious deck and dine alfresco. A small BBQ/grill is provided for guest use.

Between the living area and the lower level bedrooms there is a small office space and a laundry with washer and drier. Sliding doors can be closed to separate the two areas of the house.

Children will love the cubby house that is hidden in the native woodland that sits just below the house. There is also a small grassed area adjacent to the pool and an outdoor shower for washing the sand off.

Leave the car at home and take a short path through the trees to the main bus route that will take you to Hastings Street and beyond. Or for the more energetic hike through the National Park and really earn that morning tea! The main village of Sunshine Beach is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive away, offering a great selection of cafes, bars and restaurants.

There is parking for two cars in the secure remote access garage, with room for two more in the driveway.
