The main living area is stylish but comfortable with ... sliding doors that open out onto a wraparound balcony. There is an outdoor dining setting and a BBQ provided for guest use. If you choose to dine indoors there is a table setting for 8, as well as a breakfast bar for 2.

The complex features a solar heated pool and there is secure entry with undercover parking for one car. Additional parking is available on the street. But with the local bus stopping nearby why not leave the car at home?
