A spacious deck above the sandy beach is the perfect spot to sit, relax and watch the family enjoy hours of fun. There are kayaks available for use to explore the calm waters of the Noosa River and meander up towards Lake Weyba.

Guests are treated to an array of bird wildlife, resident fish, stingrays, local fishing spots and sandbanks to paddle to, plus the added benefits of quiet early morning river tranquillity and magnificent afternoon sunsets, particularly with a sundowner in hand.

Every attention to detail has been considered to conserve energy in making this a summer house by way of an atrium with rising bamboo from ground to rooftop, multiple glass louvres, bifold sliding doors and large private rooftop garden.

Water is an integral part of this property and the 18-metre pool area is no exception. Partly covered and with a central rest/yoga pavilion the beautiful design allows both adults and children hours of water time, with a separate shallow area perfect for younger guests.

There are three very stylish bedrooms on the second floor all with their own ensuites. The bathrooms are works of art in themselves, with rain showers, reclaimed timber vanities, and deep Japanese style baths in both of the Master and 2nd Bedroom ensuites.

The master King suite overlooks the river and a large poinciana tree offering a private location to retreat to and observe the beautiful sunsets. Or head to the rooftop terrace covering the entire building and with private 360-degree views.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a King bed and room for a single rollaway or cot, and the 4th bedroom on the lower level has a King bed that can be split into 2 x Singles. A study nook in this room provides a retreat for those who may need to take care of business while on holiday.

In addition to the main lounge area on the lower floor, there is a large home theatre with cinema projection on the upper level. The screen doubles as a 3rd TV – enjoy movies and sport on the giant screen. This area leads out onto two smaller separate but private covered decks, perfect for quiet contemplation, pilates or yoga practice.

Wyuna Drive is conveniently located between Main Beach at Hastings Street and Noosaville’s boat hire and restaurant strip along Gympie Terrace, allowing guests the advantage of an easy 20-minute walk to either destination.

It’s a 10-minute walk to Quamby Place where you’ll find restaurants such as award-winning Wasabi, Rickys, and Woodfire Bar & Restaurant. Or take an Uber to Hastings Street, a 5-minute drive away. A local bus service also stops nearby on Noosa Parade.
