This fantastic tropical holiday home offers an abundance of Northern light and is directly opposite the Noosa National Park, with easy access to its network of walking trails. Nature lovers will love the variety of birds, butterflies and dragonflies that visit the property and enjoy the evening birdsong from the National Park as the sun goes down.

You enter the property into a formally styled lounge and dining area that inc ...orporates a raised library area filled with a wonderful selection of books for your enjoyment. A gas fire takes the chill off on those cooler winter evenings - the area is also air-conditioned. (Note for parents: the raised area is 1M in height with no barrier so please be aware of this if you have children under 6yrs.)

A second lounge/TV room is situated through the kitchen and is great for the kids to retreat to and watch a movie (no free to air TV - Netflix and other apps are available on the SmartTV). The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything you'll need for your holiday.

39 Parkedge Road sleeps up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms. While the bedrooms are quite small they are perfectly comfortable and quiet.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed while Bedroom 2 has 2 x Singles (can be made into a King on request). Bedroom 3 has a double bunk bed (to sleep 3 in total). These rooms share a bathroom with bath and over-bath shower.

The main bedroom is situated off the library and has a King bed and ensuite with shower. This room also has access to the back patio where you'll find a double-hammock under the palm trees. This is a lovely relaxed and peaceful area for an afternoon snooze in the shade.

The focus of the home is the outdoor deck and pool area, both generous in size. The raised upper deck overlooks the pool and has outdoor dining and a BBQ.

There is a grassy area next to the pool with shade provided by a giant Holden Bouquet tree. Secreted in the tree is a rope swing that, when combined with the ice bucket provided, makes a great Champagne swing to keep your bubbles or beer cool! Or choose to relax in one of the daybeds under the umbrellas - or the hammock - you're spoilt for choice.

39 Parkedge Road is situated a 10-minute walk from the main village of Sunshine Beach. There you'll find a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There is also access to the patrolled beach from here. The walking trails through the National Park will take you to Hastings Street or a number of other beaches around the headland.
