This newly renovated 2nd level apartment is the perfect getaway and holiday apartment! It is graced both with fantastic views of the Mooloolah River and it's ideal location close to the flagged beach and the Mooloolaba Espalande shops and cafes.

Tiled flooring and fans (no air-con) throughout make Maui 6 a very clean and healthy choice. You will love it's modern, fresh and light filled appeal. Sleeps 5 with Rolloway.

This property has walking access to the fish and chip shop on the Spit, the Yacht club, the wharf and Underwater World, the Surf Club and Mooloolaba Esplanade.

Please note that linen is not supplied in this unit. You can however lease it from G1 Property for $110 for the duration of your stay (+$20 for extra rollaway bed). The allowable amount of occupants is directed by the bedding configuration, only 1 additional person can be accommodated for.

Linen packs contain sheets and pillow cases, bathroom towels and a starter pack of toiletries, tea towel, sponges and washing soap samples, a toilet roll per toilet and a selection of teas and coffees. You will have to provide the rest.

You can also lease beach towels from G1 Property for $5.00 per towel.
